In our market research, we gained insight that the existing recycling organisation don’t match the desires and needs of customers Our conclusion was: we had a fitting solution for the gap in the market. It turned out differently…

Result
There was a gap and demand in the market nevertheless the project was not successful due to a lack of: financial means and legal restrictions. What’s more there was too little empathize on the stakeholders.
