Swimgames marketing

In 2017 I advised a startup company how they could sell and market their product in the resort markt. In order to give a solution I researched the resort market & consumer opinions.

”WITHOUT A VISION AND KNOWING THE MARKET & YOUR CUSTOMERS A PROMISING PRODUCT IS DOOMED TO FAIL” 

Problem

The problem was that there was no demand for the new product. In addition, the innovative idea was implemented without a clear vision of the target group, return on investment and the customer. To solve this problem I  ”took a step back” and looked what the consumer and market really wanted.

”THE CONSUMER HAS TO BELIEVE IN YOUR PRODUCT OTHERWISE YOU WON’T SELL ANYTHING.”

 Result

On the base of the report the startup gained useful insights:

  1. to whom they should sell the product,
  2. how to improve communication,
  3. how they should develop the product,
  4. the swimming pool consumer.
