In this project I went through the whole cycle of entrepreneurship:

  1. Finding a social problem
  2. Researching the market
  3. Defining the solution
  4. Implementing the idea

My task were leadership, marketing and design.

Strategy

In our market research, we gained insight that the existing recycling organisation don’t match the desires and needs of customers  Our conclusion was: we had a fitting solution for the gap in the market. It turned out differently…

Result

There was a gap and demand in the market nevertheless the project was not successful due to a lack of: financial means and legal restrictions. What’s more there was too little empathize on the stakeholders.
